If you’ve already got telesales, customer service or field sales experience, then you’re half way there. Our highly experienced in house training team will give you all the training you need to get you up and running, followed up with continuous assessment and guidance on a regular basis.
Coming from a telesales, customer service or field sales background, you’ll be used to earning good money. Rilwood Associates offers an industry leading incentive package within recruitment today, completely transparent with no thresholds or bizarre structures in sight. Instead we just give you between 15 and 20% of everything you bring in, that’s it.
