We are looking for applicants to work on behalf of one of Ventura’s prestigious clients which is a leading worldwide financial services provided operating from our offices based in Stourton.
The role involves dealing with both in and outbound calls from both new and existing customers. The calls can relate to a wide range of queries and levels of complexity, which provides successful candidates with variety in their role. Advisors are expected to sell appropriate products and services relating to the customer needs during calls, whilst concentrating on providing a quality level of service to the customer. The ultimate aim of the role is to provide a pro- active and professional level of customer service, which will ultimately lead to our client being the leader of choice.
The successful applicants will be given full autonomy to take ownership and responsibility for any query received. Your priority will be to focus on delivering the highest quality of customer satisfaction in line with our client's Brand Values,whilst working to acheive quality targets.
Shift patterns are working between the hours of 8am and 8pm based on a 37.5 hour week over 5 days, this will include1 weekend day.
Hourly Rate: £6.48 rising to £7.14 after completing a probationary period.
