Planet X Hubs Shimano Eight Speed Casette Part Worn Continental Explorer Tyres and inertudes Bought Second hand about 4 years ago. Fitted a 8 speed casette and put them on my bike. Last year i bought some mavric xc717 and swaped them over. The bike shop said it would be best to get a new casette to put on the mavric's as this one was quite worn. I used them on V Brakes which worked fine, however you have got to take into account that the BMF rims are super wide.
